We ship UPS Ground Insured. Our shipping is to the USA lower 48 states. We do not normally ship to Alaska or Hawaii so if you are not in the continental USA, please contact us for a shipping quote before ordering.
Returns and Refund Policies:
All items are new and come with the manufactures warranty. If there are any defects or problems the item will be replaced. All items are shipped insured. Any items delivered damaged will be replaced. Damaged items must be held for 7 days so that UPS can pick back up and inspect. If for any other reason you are not 100% satisfied simply contact us by phone 251-943-5585 or email us within 3 days of receiving your item. Return the item in the original packaging and in the same new condition as you received it for your refund.
